Skills and Needs Assessment

 

Dependant on the nature of the work to be undertaken it may be necessary to know the current level of knowledge, ability and needs of those to be trained before any training programme can be designed and implemented. A variety of different methods may be employed in order to obtain the necessary information. This may be Manual, Electronic or On-Line or a combination of all three. The methods chosen will be those best suited to the nature of the organisation, the people and the overall objective. We do not have any preferred method for ascertaining skill levels but will work with you to employ those methodologies that ensure the right information is brought together at the most cost effective rate in the shortest possible time.
