IT Support Contracts
For support on software that you have not had training on or where you have previously been trained by somebody else – Quasar is able to offer full IT Applications Support. This service is chargeable annually and will cover all of the Applications that are agreed between us.

Our continually updated, clearly written Courseware has been designed to enable high-speed access to any subject or point required. Its ‘step by step’ approach means that you can resolve your issue quickly.
‘Walk the Floor’
A qualified Trainer will spend time at your offices after your courses and literally Walk the Floor meeting, helping and advising your personnel on any topic learnt on the course where they may be having a little difficulty applying to their work.
This is an invaluable service and really cements the topics learnt on the course into the workplace.
