Because we are human we have a natural tendency to forget some of the information that is communicated to us, therefore as good as our courses are it is likely that you will forget some of the information given to you. The amount lost depends on a number of factors however, in order to minimise this and to maximise your investment in Training with Quasar we provide 6 levels of Post Course Support.

Telephone Support – our friendly and helpful support teams will be delighted to answer any question you may have relating to the subjects taught to you on your course.
eMail – if you prefer to communicate this way then simply eMail your query to support@quasar.co.uk and our support teams will respond accordingly.
Post Course Support Material – Our Courseware has been specially designed to enable high-speed access to any subject or point required. Its ‘step by step’ approach means that you can resolve your issue quickly and easily getting on with your work immediately.
Fax – Any support issue can be responded to in this way. Simply fax your request to 01923 650375 and our support teams will respond accordingly.
Walk the Floor – This is a special service offered by Quasar that means that a qualified Trainer will spend time at your offices, following your courses, and literally Walk the Floor, meeting with, helping and advising your personnel on any issue they learnt on the course but may be having difficulty applying it to their work. This is an invaluable service and really cements the topics learnt on the course to the desktop.
