14 organisations appoint Quasar as their training partner in June

The guys at Quasar have significantly enhanced their levels of customer service and are delivering exceptional and immensly beneficial training programmes.

Trainers Performance Monitoring & Assessment (TPMA) has a lot to do with this. TPMA is a set of stringent training measures and competencies that are aligned to the Qualification Credit Framework and are designed to ensure that training is delivered at the highest level.

All Quasar’s trainers have passed their TPMA’s and the results have certainly shown in the quality of what’s being delivered.

Quasar have always been good but now the training is simply amazing. Couple this the company’s brilliant new customer care programmes and the benefits are clear to be seen by all.
