Becoming a trainer is an ever developing role as we understand more about how people learn and techniques for training and training delivery change. Ensuring skills are up to date requires constant review and assessment of our techniques to confirm that what we do is effective, this course will enable you do that as the learning outcomes have been directly mapped to the 9 competencies of the TPMA Framework.
Who will benefit?
Anyone who has been delivering training for more than two years and hold a certificate such as TAP, or CTT, this course will fast track you through the competencies of TPMA as detailed at the end of this document. The course is intensive but it is also fun.

This course is highly interactive with opportunity for discussion amongst the delegates and you will be encouraged to contribute. Prior to the event you will be expected to engage in some pre-course work which will be used to form the basis of your personal training objectives during the course.
