Management is an ongoing challenge, as the business and environments change. A challenge for today’s managers is to provide direction, create solutions, encourage productivity and promote teamwork by communicating effectively whilst building on past successes and making changes for the future whilst still maintaining a professional distance. This course run as a workshop focuses on three key elements of learning, the past the present and the future. It encourages Managers to examine their past success and how this can be built on going forwards. Put simply what works in their environment with their people and what doesn’t!

Course content
The specific content of this course will be based around discussions with the delegates at the start of the programme but will include techniques for motivation, delegation, coaching, giving & receiving feedback, and working with teams.
