This course run as a workshop focuses on three key elements of learning, the past the present and the future. It encourages Managers to examine their past success and how this can be built on going forwards. Put simply what works in their environment and what doesn’t!

Course content
The specific content of this course will be based around discussions with the delegates at the start of the programme but will include techniques for motivating staff, delegation, coaching, giving & receiving feedback, and working with teams.
