Sales and Selling Skills
Basic Level

This one day course is designed To provide the delegate with a set of tools from which to initiate, negotiate and close a sale.

The learning methods used are: Lecture, Group discussion, Role Play, Peer feedback, Zin Obelesk ( A game for teams to adopt listening, filtering and good spoken communication skills)

By the end of the course delegates will be understand the principals of:

  • Objective Setting
  • Blue Printing the buyer 
  • Selling the want, not the need
  • Hearing the need
  • Using open ended questions to establish need
  • Using the tone of your voice to “win” the buyer
  • Making the most of the first 4 minutes
  • 7 verbal techniques of communicating
  • Negation
  • Closing the deal
