Microsoft FrontPage 2002/2003 - Advanced

This one day advanced course is valuable to those involved with presenting information via the intranet or the World Wide Web, including web developers and content developers.

Delegates will build on the basic FrontPage skills, as well as learning how to create exciting interactive pages using timelines and behaviours. Those attending this course must have attended the two day basic FrontPage course or have relevant working experience. Experience of using a major web browser is essential.

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

  • Creating and using page templates.

  • Using style sheets.

  • Creating forms.

  • Adding one-line text fields, scrolling text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists.

  • Adding a submit and reset button.

  • Setting up form handlers to manage results.

  • Create confirmation forms.

  • Integrating with other MS Office products.

  • Introduction to ASP pages and Interconnectivity with Databases.

  • Managing Web security.

  • Working with databases.
